I have been teaching Zumba@ for over five years. I just love Zumba®! It's a great way to have fun, exercise while dancing and working out to great music and best of all, it's a great way to make new friends. I have lost over 20 pounds since I started taking Zumba and have lowered my cholesterol significantly so it's also a great way to improve your health.
